Our recent city break was fantastic thanks to the amazing hotel we chose. the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, with a wealth of authentic bars and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. the rooms were spacious and modern, featuring all the latest amenities, but it was the traditional bath and shower overlooking the beautiful garden that really made our stay special. the beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring.
Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike about this hotel. the only thing we would mention is that it may not be the best choice for those who prefer the hustle and bustle of a more lively location.

Modern and comfortable with all the bells and whistles. Beds were super comfortable and the rooms spacious. Love the traditional bath and shower over looking the garden. This place IS amazing in its own right but when you consider the location it cannot be beaten. Central Gion location you never have to walk more than a few hundred metres for authentic food and superb bars.
While the hotel offered a modern and comfortable experience, there were a few minor downsides. the staff wasn't always very responsive or attentive to our needs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with top-notch service and a warm welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. I was particularly pleased with the housekeeping service, as my room was always impeccably clean and tidy. The hotel also offers laundry facilities, which was a convenient option for me as a traveler.
